Partners with marketing, ecommerce, product, and business-unit teams to create brand-building programs and promotions. Provides techno-functional support for Infor XA ERP across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and distribution. The role gathers requirements, configures and develops AS400-based solutions, troubleshoots issues, creates interfaces and customizations, leads XA upgrades, maintains documentation and training, and drives process improvements. It requires extensive Infor XA and AS400 experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, and occasional travel to manufacturing facilities.
