Provides day-to-day HR operations support across the employee and contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, personnel records, employment verifications, and compliance documentation. Serves as a resource for employees and HR leadership, coordinates access and equipment processes, supports payroll reporting and year-end activities, and handles confidential information with discretion.

Conduct complex investigative research and analysis on individuals, companies, and entities for due diligence, disputes, investigations, and risk engagements. Gather information from public records, databases, media, regulatory filings, and human sources; synthesize findings into actionable reports and client briefings. Coordinate remote research consultants, manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records, and support time-sensitive client needs. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and research skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel as needed.

Leads complex corporate fraud, bribery, corruption, due diligence, asset search, and dispute investigations. Oversees research, investigative workstreams, teams, budgets, deliverables, client communications, and multiple concurrent engagements. Conducts public-records and financial research, collaborates on multijurisdictional investigations, supports business development, and manages client relationships. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills, plus flexibility for time-sensitive projects and occasional travel.
