Lead Americas growth for power, data center, and AI infrastructure markets. Develop market strategy, build executive relationships, qualify major opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive pipelines for consulting, FEED, EPCM, and EPC services. Manage scheduling of spacecraft communications via NASA Deep Space Network: generate R&CL requirements, create schedules in SSS, resolve conflicts, maintain flight view periods, coordinate with JPL/DSN stakeholders, produce reports and plots, and operate CAST/SPS tools while supporting proposals and process improvements.

Design and model mechanical components and mounts for optical elements; produce detailed CAD drawings and fabrication/assembly drawings; develop prototypes, fixtures, assembly and test procedures; support optical subsystem integration and testing; lead design concepts and trade studies; assess development and manufacturing risks and mitigation; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams; present technical results. Prior spaceflight/NASA experience preferred.

The role involves developing strategic proposals, creating compelling graphics, and mentoring junior team members, requiring strong project management and communication skills.

The Sr Proposal Manager will oversee proposal management and content development, collaborate with teams on proposals, and ensure compliance and quality in presentations.
