Reproduce and document defects, collaborate with Engineering/DevOps/Product, maintain test suites and use AI-assisted tools to improve test development, troubleshooting and release confidence.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsells and expansion. Serve as a technical and cybersecurity advisor, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot integrations (SSO/Directory), negotiate contracts, meet revenue quotas, and build strong C-level relationships to ensure customer success.

Design, develop, and maintain Windows-focused PAM components including services, agents, and RDP handlers. Integrate with Windows APIs, authentication and privilege models, implement secure credential handling and policy enforcement, collaborate with backend teams, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot complex Windows OS and enterprise configurations.

Design and build automated tests and validation frameworks for AWS infrastructure, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible), CI/CD pipelines, containers and Kubernetes. Validate networking, IAM, security controls and compliance, integrate tests into pipelines, analyze telemetry, troubleshoot failures, and support audit readiness alongside DevOps, Security and Platform teams.

Own vision, strategy and roadmap for Keeper's consumer product across web, mobile, desktop and browser extensions. Drive cross-platform feature parity, product-led growth (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention), lifecycle management, experiments and analytics. Partner with engineering, design, marketing and support to prioritize backlog, launch features, monitor metrics, and deliver secure, intuitive consumer experiences that increase adoption and long-term value.

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for certificate lifecycle management. Partner with engineering, security, solutions and customers to design PKI architectures, certificate discovery/issuance/renewal/rotation/revocation, integrations, automation, APIs and admin/developer UX. Prioritize features, validate requirements, track metrics, evaluate competitors, and coordinate launches and go-to-market.

Lead backend development for KeeperPAM Discovery: build Python discovery engines running on customer gateways, Java/Kotlin cloud services, identity correlation, incremental rescan/state reconciliation, diagnostics and test coverage, and secure data-processing workflows within a zero-knowledge architecture. Collaborate with Product, QA and PAM engineers to deliver discovery features.

Deliver, automate, and sustain Keeper platform deployments across IL5/IL6 and classified U.S. Government environments. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure (IaC), maintain hardened configurations, support releases and incident response, and produce audit evidence. Troubleshoot production issues, implement observability, partner with engineering and security teams, and ensure compliance with federal security frameworks.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Keeper Connection Manager, defining secure remote access capabilities for privileged infrastructure. Translate technical requirements into specifications, partner with engineering and security on protocols, integrations and deployment, and work with customers and solutions teams to improve adoption, session management, credential-free access, policy enforcement, auditing and monitoring. Track product metrics and coordinate go-to-market execution.

Own technical coordination of Keeper's integration ecosystem: evaluate partners, test APIs/webhooks, troubleshoot integrations, translate requirements for Product and Engineering, manage pipeline from research through launch, coordinate partner onboarding and certification, and report metrics to leadership.

Drive new enterprise logo sales in an assigned Pacific Northwest territory for Keeper's cybersecurity platform. Build strategic plans and pipeline, prospect and qualify leads, deliver web demos, manage the full sales cycle from contact to close, negotiate contracts, forecast accurately, collaborate with legal, product, marketing and customer success, and travel up to 50% for customer meetings.

Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to drive renewals, expansions, and upsells, ensure client health, and develop sales strategies.

Manage and grow channel and named accounts across New Zealand and Australia, carrying quota, driving renewals, upsells and partner relationships. Act as a technical account manager and cybersecurity advisor, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot implementations (SSO/Directory), use Salesforce, and drive customer advocacy and adoption to meet revenue targets.
