Requires extensive travel and physical work at customer sites.

Acts as the primary on-site customer interface and coordinates internal, supplier, installation, and commissioning teams throughout project execution and system startup.

Manages on-site implementation of warehouse automation projects, coordinating engineers, resources, vendors, customers, testing, risk mitigation, reporting, and project timelines. Supports network and server installation, tracks quality and costs, facilitates project meetings, coordinates end-to-end system testing, serves as the customer contact during UAT, CIT, FAT, and go-live, and manages change and bug-fix releases.
