Lead large-scale UX/UI projects across platforms: conduct research, ideate, and create user-centered interfaces. Collaborate with clients and teams, manage timelines and deliverables, give constructive design feedback, and mentor the design team to support growth.

Lead strategy, design, and technology engagements end-to-end: manage cross-functional teams, client relationships, project scope, timelines, resourcing, risk, and delivery. Run design-thinking workshops, identify business development opportunities, mentor team members, and apply emerging technologies (including AI) to create user-centered software solutions for large, complex programs.

Provide level 1 IT support, manage tickets to meet SLAs, maintain hardware inventory and repairs, deploy new-hire devices, research tools, and communicate with team members.

Lead client engagements and cross-functional teams to define strategy, design customer experiences, and deliver technology solutions. Drive design thinking workshops, manage budgets, scope, timelines, risks, and mentor team members while advising on AI and emerging technologies.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital strategy, design thinking, and technical solutions. Guide clients through workshops, craft user experiences, mentor juniors, and ensure project timelines and goals are met while staying current on emerging technologies including AI.

Advise and motivate professionals to advance careers in digital skills, drive revenue through outbound outreach, build community via events, collaborate with product and learning teams to refine offerings, and cultivate partnerships to grow BrainStation's programs.

Participate in design thinking and create mobile, tablet, and web experiences. Conduct user research, define information architecture, journey maps, wireframes, and visual interfaces. Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation and with strategy consultants to align design with business objectives. Learn end-to-end project delivery and associated design tools under mentorship.

Collaborate with strategy, UX, design, and technology teams to deliver digital solutions. Guide clients through design thinking and workshops, gather business requirements, support project management and implementation, incorporate AI where appropriate, produce presentations and documentation, and help drive client-facing digital transformation work.

Design and prototype mobile, tablet, and web experiences by running user research, tests, and design workshops. Collaborate with developers and consultants to deliver visual and interaction designs, maintain design standards, and communicate design rationale. Contribute to ideation and continuous learning.

Drive revenue by engaging prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and video; advise and motivate professionals to pursue digital skills training; build community and partnerships; collaborate with product and learning teams to shape offerings; use internal revenue platforms and events to generate leads and long-term relationships.
