Supports the strategy team through primary and secondary research, data analysis, trend identification, and insight development. The intern helps create actionable client recommendations, presentations, pitch materials, and new business research. Responsibilities include using AI to deepen foundational data, applying Brand Asset Valuator principles, articulating strategic perspectives, and collaborating with senior team members on client work.

Develops proposals, pitch presentations, microsites, and outreach strategies to win new branding clients. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to respond to RFPs, originate outbound business, synthesize stakeholder input, manage complex pitch projects, negotiate engagements, and present to C-suite executives. The freelance role may convert to full-time.

Leads brand performance consulting projects by analyzing financial, market research, and proprietary data to generate actionable brand and business insights. Develops measurement frameworks, statistical and financial models, client proposals, and new consulting offerings. Manages suppliers, presents recommendations, mentors team members, supports business development, and helps evolve Landor’s brand analytics and monetization capabilities.

Manages resource planning, capacity management, freelance coordination, staffing, and operational processes for a creative studio. Partners with Resource, People, Finance, and leadership teams to monitor staffing needs, balance capacity and costs, support onboarding, maintain systems and reporting, coordinate training, and improve employee and project operations.

Leads enterprise brand strategy engagements as a trusted C-suite advisor, developing brand positioning, narrative frameworks, architectures, and portfolio strategies. Guides corporate transformations, M&A integrations, and brand-led growth initiatives while building long-term client partnerships. Internally, develops strategic practices, thought leadership, and team talent through coaching and mentoring. Partners cross-functionally with creative and experience teams, manages multiple complex projects, and supports business development and practice growth.

Supports motion design projects across brand identities, digital experiences, campaigns, social content, and film. Creates animation tests, motion studies, and short-form animations; assists with storyboards, visual research, asset preparation, file organization, rendering, and exports. Participates in creative reviews, presents work, and develops designs based on feedback.
