The role is onsite five days per week and collaborates with Workplace, Office Managers, executives’ assistants, and the broader IT team.

Own and scale global compensation programs, including pay structures, job architecture, benchmarking, salary planning, pay equity, equity programs, executive compensation, governance, and compensation analytics. Partner with People, Finance, executives, and managers on pay decisions, manage compensation vendors, support compensation committees, and lead a Compensation Analyst while building scalable processes for a rapidly growing global workforce.

Own and build Legora’s business process SOX controls program, including risk assessments, controls testing plans, walkthroughs, deficiency evaluation, remediation, documentation, and stakeholder training. Coordinate with external audit and co-source partners, collaborate across Finance, IT, and business teams, and implement AI-driven automation to improve audit efficiency. The role requires managing or mentoring others and establishing controls processes in a rapidly scaling environment.

Provides regulatory and compliance counsel across product, commercial, operational, and InfoSec teams. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, assessing product designs and data flows, managing privacy programs and data protection impact assessments, advising on GDPR and CCPA, developing compliance frameworks, and creating legal playbooks and tooling. The role also supports B2B SaaS negotiations, AI governance, cross-border privacy compliance, and scalable risk-monitoring systems.

Leads Legora’s People technology and data strategy, including global HRIS implementation, systems architecture, integrations, security, governance, employee-facing products, automation, and workforce analytics. Builds and manages a high-performing People Technology & Data team, oversees implementation partners and vendors, and partners with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to create scalable, secure, intuitive solutions for a rapidly growing international organization.

Owns the post-sale customer success motion for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. Designs and executes scaled onboarding, adoption, enablement, change-management, renewal, and expansion programs using automation, data, and digital channels. Monitors customer health, drives adoption and retention, coordinates cross-functional teams, translates feedback into product improvements, and manages commercial outcomes across the portfolio.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise governance and admin features (data retention, audit logging, RBAC, ethical walls, APIs). Partner with CIOs, legal and security stakeholders, design and engineering to ship secure, polished capabilities, measure ROI, and unblock large enterprise deals.

Manage live event operations from briefing through broadcast, coordinate cross-functional marketing and sales teams, grow audience and pipeline impact, and use AI to improve research, editing, reporting, and content workflows.

Own the US customer storytelling program, producing customer videos, case studies, testimonials, and event content. Manage the full video production lifecycle, customer advocacy and reference programs, written proof points, sales enablement, distribution, and performance measurement. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Communications, and legal stakeholders while working directly with enterprise and regulated clients. Use AI-enabled workflows to increase content output and repurpose materials without compromising editorial quality.

Own and operate Serval, build automated workflows and integrations for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, SaaS administration, and HRIS processes. Develop AI-enabled services, test and monitor workflows, troubleshoot failures using logs and APIs, coordinate staged changes, and measure business impact. Provide occasional employee support while maintaining reliable, documented IT identity, device, and SaaS systems.

Lead US marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate new and expansion pipeline, and strengthen customer loyalty. Responsibilities include regional strategy, integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, content amplification, customer advocacy, events, sponsorships, creative brand initiatives, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with growth, product marketing, brand, and global teams to execute customer acquisition and engagement programs across digital, social, content, and in-person channels.

Supports strategic enterprise sales by executing complex deals, preparing proposals and demos, coordinating cross-functional teams, researching accounts, generating pipeline, engaging stakeholders, and navigating procurement, security reviews, onboarding, and negotiations. The role also develops market insights and improves the GTM playbook. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and strong commercial, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Own end-to-end engineering delivery for enterprise customers, from discovery and technical scoping through implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting. Build customer integrations and reusable core product capabilities, resolve complex technical issues, manage multiple engagements, and communicate tradeoffs with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Contribute customer insights to product and engineering decisions while working independently in ambiguous environments.
