Lead People technology strategy and HRIS migration for rapid global scale: select vendors, design data model and integrations (ATS, e-sign, payroll, IdP/ERP/BI), enforce job architecture, own data governance and GDPR/compliance, automate lifecycle events, set AI governance, manage vendors, rollouts, and hire/lead the People Tech function.

Lead a team of engineers hands-on: design and implement full‑stack features, drive architecture and technical decisions, ensure code quality/security/performance, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and champion DevOps and continuous improvement using Node.js, React, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
