Manage day-to-day partner operations for assigned accounts: execute platform workflows, maintain Knowledge Base content and CRM data, monitor Generative AI performance and campaign health, produce partner reporting and Strategic Partner Reviews, support renewals, and enable partners through training and collaboration with the Partnership Director and cross-functional teams.

Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end on a React/TypeScript frontend and Python (Django) / Node (TypeScript) backends. Write high-quality, tested code, maintain production stability, contribute to CI/CD, monitor and resolve issues, and collaborate across Product and Design.

Coordinate and improve partner onboarding and content implementation workflows. Support cross-functional coordination, track onboarding metrics, refine scalable playbooks, and operationalize SMS content and communication best practices to ensure consistent, partner-centered launches.
