Support quarterly revenue, expense, and balance sheet reporting for the IM segment; assist FP&A with external disclosures (10-K/Q/14Q); produce sensitivity analyses and scenario framing; compile weekly IM results summaries (net flows, AUM, P&L); analyze expense drivers; and help improve forecasting, reporting, and control processes to increase efficiency and transparency.

Lead finance-focused projects by liaising with SMEs and report owners, gathering updates/metrics, preparing presentations, performing data quality analysis, reconciliations and root-cause investigations, and using agile methods and tools (MS Office, Visio, Alteryx, Axiom, Rally, Jira). Requires strong communication, risk articulation, and mitigation planning.
