Provide technical consulting and project management for elevators, escalators, moving walks, and modernization programs. Conduct inspections, audits, equipment assessments, and construction administration. Develop client recommendations, prepare reports, coordinate project scope/schedule/budget, support business development, and perform field evaluations with appropriate PPE. Maintain code and industry knowledge and communicate findings to clients and project teams.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of elevator and vertical transportation projects. Maintain schedules, communicate with clients/contractors, track deliverables, assist with quality control, and build technical knowledge of elevator systems while performing periodic field visits.
