Own the product roadmap for an AI-native enterprise platform serving sensitive, regulated industries. Translate customer needs into product specifications, partner with engineering on technical priorities, conduct customer discovery, define metrics, and balance rapid execution with precision and security.

Execute cross-company operational initiatives, support recruiting, conduct research and analysis, coordinate projects with partners and vendors, build processes, and identify AI and automation opportunities. The role requires ownership, resourcefulness, organization, strong communication, and comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities in an early-stage company.

Owns EAR and ITAR jurisdiction and classification analyses for products, software, technology, technical data, and components. Reviews technical documentation, researches complex regulatory questions, prepares audit-ready determinations, monitors regulatory developments, and collaborates with engineers and technical stakeholders to resolve classification issues.

Own enterprise customer deployments from initial scoping through go-live and ongoing success. Lead discovery, coordinate engineering and product teams, manage concurrent rollouts, resolve technical and organizational blockers, develop scalable deployment processes, and maintain trusted relationships with technical, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Support the CEO by managing calendars, communications, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, expenses, vendors, follow-ups, and special initiatives. The role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an in-person position based in New York City.

Lead end-to-end recruiting across technical and nontechnical roles, including role design, sourcing, candidate evaluation, pipeline development, and closing. Build hiring processes, tooling, and infrastructure from scratch; manage external recruiters, investors, and talent networks; and partner with the CEO on hiring strategy and plans. The role requires strong proactive sourcing, early-stage company experience, and the judgment to recruit across varied domains and seniority levels.

Design, build, and operate Linero's secure, compliant cloud platform. Own networking, compute, storage, access controls, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and incident response. Embed FedRAMP requirements, run vulnerability management and audits, and establish monitoring, on-call, and operational runbooks to support product teams and enterprise customers.

Design and implement core full‑stack product features end-to-end, scope complex business requirements, collaborate on architecture and code quality, and ensure performance, accessibility, and security for enterprise customers.

Partner with the CEO to drive high-stakes decisions and cross-functional initiatives, own interim business functions, support investor/customer/policy engagements, improve organizational efficiency (leveraging AI), draft key communications, represent the CEO, monitor organizational health, and help shape company culture.

Embed at enterprise customer sites to lead end-to-end deployments of Linero's platform, build custom integrations with internal systems, act as primary technical contact, surface product gaps to engineering, create deployment playbooks, and manage multiple concurrent, technically complex deployments domestically and internationally.

Lead Linero's policy function, representing the company with government, regulators, and think tanks; advise customers on export controls and national security regulation; develop external communications and events; translate policy shifts into product and commercial strategy; partner with the CEO and embed policy knowledge across teams.

Build and operate production data infrastructure: ingest, transform, and route large-scale streaming and batch data from heterogeneous enterprise sources; design ontology/semantic models and tuple/graph representations; ensure isolation, data quality, observability, and low-latency delivery for ML and product teams.

Design, build, and maintain core backend services, APIs, and scalable data pipelines. Drive architecture for multi-tenant, strictly isolated SaaS systems, implement enterprise integrations, enforce backend standards, participate in reviews, and collaborate with AI/ML, infra, and frontend teams to deliver secure, production-grade infrastructure.

Design and build a scalable integration framework and connectors for ERPs, SaaS, and internal systems. Own end-to-end ETL pipelines, lead technical integration execution with enterprise customers, partner with platform teams, and create standards, documentation, and playbooks to scale integrations.

Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and RAG pipelines in private, secure environments. Build multi-agent systems, private inference infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and observability tooling. Collaborate with platform teams to ensure secure, scalable production AI for enterprise customers.
