Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for transportation infrastructure projects, including transit, rail, roadway, tunnel, and airport systems. Manage the program master schedule for a high-rise design-build project, leading scheduling staff and reviewing cost- and resource-loaded construction schedules. Develop updates, narratives, impact analyses, mitigation plans, and what-if scenarios; monitor risks, changes, and schedule performance; and report findings to clients and executive stakeholders. The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, construction scheduling experience, strong communication, and knowledge of high-rise building methods, CPM, claims prevention, and program controls.

Leads onsite construction management for a high-rise design-build project, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, contracts, change orders, payments, reporting, permits, compliance, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination. The role directs project teams, collaborates with contractors and clients, conducts site inspections, and ensures successful project delivery.

Prepare monthly client requisitions and invoices for time-and-material and lump-sum projects, ensuring contract and regulatory compliance. Review subcontractor invoices, maintain project information in the ERP system, support MWBE compliance reporting, assist with aged receivables collections, and reduce unbilled services. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, communication across organizational levels, and the ability to train in Syosset, New York for one to two months.

The Project Scheduler reviews and analyzes construction schedules, prepares schedule reports, and supports baseline cash flow and resource planning. The role provides progress data for integrated master schedule updates, performs time impact analyses, maintains work-progress records, identifies schedule risks, develops recovery strategies, and supports claims negotiations and dispute resolution. Candidates need 5–7 years of construction scheduling experience, Primavera proficiency, schedule analysis expertise, and strong analytical and reporting skills.

Supports construction field office administration, including RFI tracking, contract document review, scheduling, payment review and preparation, meeting coordination, meeting minutes, project correspondence, and communications. Requires construction project experience or an equivalent college degree, administrative skills, basic office software proficiency, and completion of OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire.

Develops and coordinates CPM construction schedules across planning, design, construction, and close-out. Reviews drawings, specifications, contractor schedules, resources, costs, critical paths, milestones, and delay impacts.
