Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional AI initiatives across Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other teams. Maintain project plans, roadmaps, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, dependencies, risks, and approval checklists. Facilitate working sessions, coordinate stakeholders and technical partners, support AI upskilling, document best practices, track adoption metrics, and lead selected agentic workflow projects from proposal through completion. The role focuses on program execution and enablement rather than developing AI models or applications.

Serves as the SVP Product’s operational partner, coordinating product, engineering, content, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Owns cross-functional delivery metrics, dependency management, roadmap alignment, product launches, go-to-market execution, customer adoption, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. Translates customer and market insights into product priorities, improves operational processes, supports revenue growth, and provides leadership visibility across distributed global teams.

Leads revenue enablement programs spanning sales onboarding, ramp, methodology execution, field readiness, manager coaching, training content, and performance measurement. Partners with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to improve seller productivity, deal progression, win rates, and messaging consistency. Owns scalable learning programs end to end, using CRM, ramp, usage, and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness.

Support PR strategy and execution: research influencers/podcasts, coordinate interviews, draft press releases, upload to newswires, and optimize YouTube content using SEO and AI tools.

Design and implement AI-first content automation using Claude Cowork to generate, optimize, and repurpose content at scale. Deploy AI agents to monitor SEO/AEO and web analytics, manage WordPress content, build Claude skills to enforce brand voice, automate content calendars and submission workflows, and analyze performance to amplify brand reach.
