As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll collaborate with customers to design and implement scalable real-time applications, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the developer experience on the LiveKit platform.

Own and evolve LiveKit’s developer-facing website by building high-performance web experiences, reusable brand components, motion systems, and launch pages. Translate brand and design concepts into polished production code, maintain strong performance budgets, and collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and engineers. The role emphasizes front-end engineering, animation, interaction design, speed, and self-directed delivery.

Lead brand design across campaigns, events, digital, print, out-of-home, presentations, environmental graphics, and physical goods. Develop creative concepts through production, extend LiveKit’s identity across new formats, and maintain a high bar for craft and consistency. Partner with marketing and sales to turn ambiguous briefs into shipped work quickly. Use AI tools throughout the creative process and contribute strong systems thinking, visual direction, and execution.

Lead security across applications, services, infrastructure, and developer workflows. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; run secure code reviews, threat modeling, and architecture discussions; build automation and tooling to prevent issues; harden authentication and access control; investigate incidents and manage disclosures; partner with engineering teams to design secure-by-default APIs and deployments.

Own GTM strategic finance for a usage-based AI infrastructure business. Responsibilities include consumption revenue forecasting, deal desk governance, pricing and margin oversight, sales compensation design, quota setting, financial modeling, annual planning, and GTM KPI analytics. The role partners closely with GTM leadership and Finance to advise on investments, deals, forecasting, and business strategy while building scalable financial frameworks.

Own and engineer the GTM stack: Salesforce as system of record and HubSpot as marketing system, build and maintain integrations and data flows, deploy agentic AI workflows, implement observability and change management, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Billing to ensure reliable revenue operations.

As a Distributed Systems Engineer, you'll design and evolve LiveKit's core systems, implement resilient architectures, and enhance reliability and developer velocity, working on critical features in production environments.

Own the LiveKit Telephony product roadmap, covering SIP trunking, native phone numbers, carrier relationships, global expansion, interoperability, reliability, call quality, pricing, packaging, and margins. Partner closely with engineering, enterprise customers, and carriers to prioritize features, improve production call experiences, establish regulatory coverage, and scale telephony infrastructure for voice AI applications.

Build post-training infrastructure for voice and text agents, including training environments, verifiers, synthetic data pipelines, evaluations, and end-to-end experiments. Select and adapt open-weight models, design robust rewards, deploy models to production, and improve behavior using real-world usage. The role requires strong Python engineering, experience taking models from raw data to production, GPU familiarity, and collaborative remote work.

The Senior Product Engineer will build web and CLI interfaces for developers using LiveKit, focusing on product experience and user feedback. Responsibilities include writing production code, engaging with customers, and making product decisions to enhance developer experience.

Lead LiveKit’s Product-Led Growth squad across acquisition, onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Own the end-to-end developer growth experience, identify high-potential accounts, deepen platform usage, represent self-serve developers, and establish operating metrics for platform health. Partner closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, analytics, support, and sales while influencing strategy in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.

Design and evolve core control, data, and observability systems; implement resilient region-spanning architectures; build libraries, protocols, and tooling; diagnose and harden critical paths using metrics, tracing, and testing; and shape platform capabilities across identity, scheduling, observability, and distributed state management.

Build and operate internal IT systems across identity, endpoints, Google Workspace, Slack, SaaS governance, and automation. Own Okta access engineering, Workspace ONE macOS fleet management, lifecycle workflows, compliance controls, audit evidence, and technical escalations. Partner with Security, Engineering, People, and Finance to improve security, reliability, and scalability while reducing manual IT support through automation.

Design and implement the core components of the Agents Python framework, focusing on API and abstraction development for AI-driven applications.

Own long-term technical relationships for strategic accounts, drive architecture reviews, deepen product adoption, coordinate internal teams, lead executive reviews and on-site launches, surface product feedback, and build TAM playbooks.

Build and own B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns across paid, email, content, webinars, retargeting, and ABM. Manage campaign calendars, lead scoring, routing, attribution, and reporting while partnering with sales leadership to support pipeline growth. Run channel experiments, optimize for qualified pipeline, coordinate field events, and help scale the demand generation function for technical buyers and a rapidly growing sales organization.

Own commercial contracting, privacy and data-protection (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA) programs, corporate governance, IP/open-source policy, and telecom/AI regulatory posture. Be the in-house legal function: build playbooks, support Sales/Product/Engineering, and manage outside counsel to keep deals and product shipping moving quickly.

Own and grow mid-tier GSI and ecosystem partnerships, run technical partner conversations, build a repeatable partner program from scratch, connect sales and special projects, and convert partner interest into trackable pipeline and real business outcomes.

Build and lead a 0->1 sales enablement function for a technical, developer-focused voice AI platform. Partner with CRO and sales leaders to design revenue-impacting onboarding, ramp, content, and field enablement programs; deliver practical training AEs use and travel monthly for in-person bootcamps and kickoffs.
