LMC Benefits Overview

The Tax Manager will act as the primary client contact, review tax returns, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and provide strategic tax planning.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering standardized accounting services (bookkeeping, complex financial statements, cash flow management, auditor coordination), monitoring WIP and budgets, coaching and developing staff, managing client relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Available for additional hours during tax season.

Lead and execute financial audits (planning through completion), supervise and mentor associates, research and resolve audit and financial statement issues, develop knowledge of special purpose frameworks, interact with client management, and recommend business/process improvements.
