Operate as an embedded commerce operations partner for enterprise retailers and brands. Manage dropship, marketplace, or wholesale programs; coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, IT, vendors, and suppliers; deliver program KPIs; lead onboarding and training; troubleshoot the Logicbroker platform; identify and resolve operational risks; and translate client feedback into improvements for internal product and engineering teams.

Own HubSpot Enterprise and the broader revenue technology stack, building integrations, automations, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, deal desk processes, and contracting systems. Improve pipeline, forecasting, ARR and renewal visibility while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership. Establish SOPs, troubleshoot data flows, manage vendors, support territory and quota planning, and turn customer and deal insights into improved go-to-market execution.

Supports the full product lifecycle for AI-powered commerce products, including customer research, analytics, backlog prioritization, prototyping, product delivery, performance monitoring, launches, and documentation. Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams. Uses AI tools and assisted development to accelerate research, validate functionality, and improve product execution in a B2B SaaS environment.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain commerce platform features across .NET, Python/Django, or Go stacks. Responsibilities include writing well-tested code, using and validating AI coding assistants, participating in code reviews and the full software lifecycle, resolving production issues, documenting systems, collaborating cross-functionally, and joining on-call and incident response rotations.

Leads the DevOps and Infrastructure team, owning delivery, cloud platform reliability, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code, incident response, compliance, security controls, and cloud costs. Manages hiring, performance, career growth, and on-call sustainability while remaining technically hands-on. Establishes engineering standards, SLOs, DORA metrics, GitOps practices, audit evidence processes, and AI-assisted development norms across production environments.

Manages daily office operations, vendors, supplies, meetings, events, equipment logistics, and onsite visits. Supports full-cycle recruiting, job descriptions, offers, background checks, onboarding, HR records, employee lifecycle activities, engagement initiatives, and HR projects while handling confidential information.

Lead delivery for analytics and data platform initiatives as a hands-on player-coach. Build and refine Bronze-to-Silver-to-Gold Medallion transformations, develop performant data models, improve pipeline reliability, and implement complex Spark and Databricks solutions. Coordinate contractors, plan sprints, review pull requests, manage dependencies, and communicate progress and risks. Support a GDPR-first, multi-region data strategy and collaborate with engineering leadership on data warehouse unification.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain commerce-platform features across order management, catalogs, invoicing, and integrations. Write clean code, review peers’ work, use and evaluate AI coding assistants, troubleshoot production issues, document systems, and collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering teams. Participate in requirements analysis, monitoring, on-call rotation, and incident response.

Lead hands-on data engineering delivery across analytics and data platform initiatives. Responsibilities include designing Medallion architecture transformations, building Gold-layer data models, implementing complex PySpark and Databricks transformations, improving pipeline reliability, coordinating contractors, planning sprint execution, reviewing pull requests, and communicating risks and dependencies. The role also supports GDPR-first, multi-instance data strategies and external analytics consumption.
