Work with management teams across acquired service businesses to improve revenue, margins, sales, marketing, and operating performance. The role requires analytical depth, rapid execution, and close collaboration with business leadership.

Build and manage revenue pipelines for Long Lake-owned service businesses. Responsibilities include creating outbound sales motions, developing target lists and messaging, conducting multichannel outreach, identifying decision-makers, closing deals, forecasting pipeline, and using AI tools to automate research, lead generation, and follow-up. The role may also involve opening new sales channels, training or hiring salespeople, and shaping platform improvements that increase sales efficiency across business units.

Design, deploy, and run production AI systems for service businesses: build agent orchestration, connectors, deployment infrastructure, evals and training pipelines; integrate with legacy ERPs; embed with portfolio teams to drive adoption and measure business impact.

Lead deal execution and post-close value creation for service-business investments. Own diligence, structuring, negotiation, and financial modeling; identify AI-enabled operational upside; partner with technology and management to implement reporting, performance improvements, and change management.
