Tracks associate metrics, facilitates feedback and reviews, supports licensing and transitions, and develops practice-specific programs while maintaining strong relationships across the firm.

Captures and organizes legal know-how into precedents, clause banks, playbooks, decision trees, and AI-ready data. Partners with attorneys and practice leaders to evaluate, implement, and scale AI-enabled legal workflows using tools such as Harvey and Microsoft Copilot. Develops prompts, supports AI governance and quality assurance, delivers training, and drives adoption across the firm while coordinating with IT, knowledge management, innovation leaders, and vendors.
