Own the commercial success of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including renewals, retention, expansion revenue, forecasting, and multi-year account strategies. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews and complex negotiations, coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts, and represent client needs internally. Mentor other Account Managers and use generative AI tools for account planning and communications while protecting confidential information.

Provide technical support for Lucidworks Fusion, helping customers configure search systems and troubleshoot complex issues across Lucene, Solr, and distributed technologies. Create knowledge-base content, collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success, communicate customer feedback, and identify opportunities for additional products and services. The role includes 24/7/365 on-call participation and supports U.S. government customers.
