Own commercial audiovisual projects from kickoff through final delivery. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, margins, risks, client communication, change orders, subcontractors, procurement, logistics, and documentation. Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Production, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and profitably while maintaining a strong client experience.

Generate new business and manage the full sales cycle for workplace technology and commercial audiovisual solutions. The role develops client relationships, coordinates proposals and scopes of work, forecasts pipeline, closes revenue, and partners with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Service teams. Responsibilities include presenting technical solutions, conducting site walks, supporting project delivery, managing change orders, attending industry events, and ensuring profitable, well-documented client engagements.
