Provide coaching and support to a caseload of ~17 family child care providers via twice-monthly home visits, monitor curriculum implementation, conduct observations (CLASS), supervise assessments using Teaching Strategies GOLD, facilitate parent/provider conferences, assist with disabilities supports, maintain provider portfolios, and help run provider trainings and accreditation compliance.

Lead and supervise on-site social service staff at a family shelter, oversee case management, compliance, training, crisis intervention, reporting, community partnerships, and serve as liaison to participants and Shelter Director. On-call 24/7 and performs administrative and HR support duties.
