Coach and support a caseload of ~17 family child care providers through twice-monthly home visits, implement evidence-based curriculum, conduct observations (CLASS), oversee Teaching Strategies GOLD assessments three times annually, support children with IFSP goals, facilitate parent/provider conferences and trainings, maintain provider portfolios and compliance documentation, and participate in required professional development.

Provide front-desk reception and clerical support for the Early LIFE preschool, manage enrollment and student records in PowerSchool/WES/MySchools, maintain petty cash and office operations, prepare reports (meal counts, attendance), support recruitment/intake, track fees/payments, and ensure compliance with emergency procedures and agency policies.
