Own Luxury Presence’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Build social-sourced pipeline, measure engagement and conversion performance, grow brand visibility, manage community health, guide CEO thought leadership, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and make real-time brand and engagement decisions.

The Producer/Editor will create, shoot, and edit weekly YouTube shows, manage pre- and post-production processes, and produce supporting video content, ensuring high quality and timely publishing.

Own the product strategy and roadmap for SEO and AI visibility across thousands of real estate websites. Lead technical SEO foundations, structured data, performance, experimentation, migrations, measurement, and AI citation visibility. Partner with engineering and product teams to establish scalable defaults, safeguards, acceptance criteria, and reporting that improve organic discovery, client conversions, and platform-wide search quality.

Lead end-to-end product design for a core product area, from user research and problem framing through polished, developer-ready experiences. Conduct interviews and testing, collaborate with product managers and engineers, design accessible workflows and edge cases, prototype concepts, and contribute to reusable design-system patterns. The role requires independent ownership, strong UX and visual craft, clear communication, and active participation in design critique and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and scale Product Design at Luxury Presence: define design vision and standards, partner with Product and Engineering to improve retention and WAUs, hire and develop designers, and integrate AI tools to increase design velocity while maintaining quality.

Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success performance, including pipeline, funnel conversion, campaigns, retention, and revenue drivers. Build and maintain dbt models and marts using Salesforce and modern data-stack tools, while owning data quality and documentation. Contribute to Lighthouse, a BI-as-code platform, and develop AI-assisted analytics workflows. Partner with stakeholders to frame ambiguous questions, deliver recommendations, and communicate progress in two-week sprints.

Lead and grow a hands-on Maps & Search engineering team owning home search across web and mobile. Set technical direction, contribute to code, and scale a high-throughput search platform (~1B monthly requests). Improve relevance, latency, and reliability, integrate AI/LLMs into discovery and ranking, and drive delivery from roadmap through incidents and production operations.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Operations to forecast revenue, model GTM efficiency (CAC, LTV, payback), query the data warehouse with SQL, build financial models and automate recurring GTM reporting to inform investment and resourcing decisions.

Build and scale the analytics foundation: own dbt projects and Snowflake warehouse, create trusted datasets and semantic layers for AI, build ELT pipelines from APIs, implement testing/observability and CI/CD, design reconciliation models, enable stakeholder self-service, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions across GTM, Product, Finance, People, and Operations.

Own and improve the AI Social render pipeline and agent loops that generate on-brand Instagram carousels and reels. Build prompts, structured outputs, tool-calling, and media composition to ship high-quality generative image, video, voice, and music products in collaboration with product, design, and content strategy.
