Provides administrative and marketing support for retail property management and mall operations. Responsibilities include maintaining tenant and vendor databases, preparing lease and business development documents, generating Yardi reports, processing expenses, coordinating meetings, supporting website and social media content, assisting with retailer communications, and organizing on-site events. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office and Yardi proficiency, and a customer-focused approach.

Lead development and execution of national media sales strategy to grow gross media revenue. Sell enterprise-level media opportunities, build agency and brand relationships, identify new revenue categories, manage media rates and impression data, oversee media sales, operations and trafficking teams, and support budgeting and program implementation.

Create, film, edit, and publish short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) to drive brand awareness and mall foot traffic. Maintain posting cadence, monitor trends and engagement, coordinate with onsite marketing and tenants, deliver monthly analytics recaps, and manage community interactions. Role is part-time (24–29 hrs/week), on-site at least two days weekly, six-month initial term.
