Represent the Madewell brand on the sales floor by delivering welcoming, on-brand customer service, driving sales, assisting with store operations and merchandising, sharing customer feedback, collaborating with team members, and performing physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds. Scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Create and maintain compelling window displays and in-store merchandise layouts, execute floor sets, keep backstock organized, follow receiving and handling guidelines, use store systems, assist customers courteously, and support the store team and presentation standards.
