Build production LLM features that transform video, audio, PDFs, images, OCR, transcripts, and keyframes into validated maintenance entities. Balance model quality, cost, and latency, monitor regressions, and collaborate with processing and domain engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and internal APIs for an AI platform. Integrate LLMs and AI tools into production workflows, ensure platform reliability via observability and incident response, optimize AI runtime performance and cost, and contribute to shared infra like CI/CD and deployments.

Build and maintain secure, compliant cloud infrastructure in AWS GovCloud for federal customers. Support FedRAMP ATO efforts, implement IaC (Terraform), manage CI/CD pipelines, automate compliance checks, enforce configuration baselines, and collaborate with Security, Engineering, and GRC to remediate findings and maintain authorization.
