The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance, provide advisory on tax strategies, and manage relationships with tax advisors, ensuring optimized fund tax positions.

Monitor performance of 15-20 portfolio companies, support deal teams, maintain financial data and valuations, identify portfolio risk trends, prepare quarterly account and valuation updates, liaise with credit rating agencies, and facilitate investor reporting and ad hoc materials for fundraising and Board meetings.
