Develop and improve quantitative equity investment strategies across the full research lifecycle, including idea generation, complex data sourcing, signal construction, statistical and machine learning analysis, portfolio construction, risk modeling, trading cost analysis, and execution. The role requires presenting research findings, collaborating with investment research teams, and applying advanced quantitative methods to real investment problems.

Supports traders and portfolio managers with trade booking, settlement, position breaks, option expiries, fund limits, and downstream operational issues. Captures securities trades for US teams, coordinates with Compliance, Legal, IT, Investment, and Settlement teams, and manages handoffs between London and US operations. Requires strong internal client service, ethical standards, compliance awareness, communication, and teamwork.

Leads Man Group’s nine-person US finance team across New York and Fort Worth. Owns month-end close, billing, accounts payable, fund recharges, technical US GAAP accounting, IFRS group reporting support, regulatory filings, internal controls, and external audits. Drives post-acquisition integration, process standardization, and operational improvements while partnering with US business leaders and London-based global finance leadership. Requires strong experience in complex, multi-entity financial services environments, regulated broker-dealers, US GAAP, team leadership, and audit management.

Provide front-of-house reception and workplace services, supporting hospitality, mail, supplies, contractors, and basic AV setup. Assist the CRES Manager with health & safety checks, move logistics, event coordination, purchase orders, and internal communications to ensure a professional, compliant, and well-run office environment.

Support the convertible investments team by updating models and prices, assisting trading and research, consolidating pricing data, coordinating tech integrations and central business units, and monitoring funding, risk and PnL reports.

Provide associate-level support to the US Sales team: act as primary client contact for inquiries, maintain CRM and reporting, coordinate onboarding, RFP/DDQ, portfolio reviews, roadshows, subscription/redemption processes, commercial agreements, and compliance-related client restrictions and attestations.

Responsible for promoting and servicing Man's investment products to US institutional investors. Build client relationships, develop business strategy, and organize events.

Monitor performance of 15-20 portfolio companies, support deal teams, maintain financial data and valuations, identify portfolio risk trends, prepare quarterly account and valuation updates, liaise with credit rating agencies, and facilitate investor reporting and ad hoc materials for fundraising and Board meetings.
