Support daily repo operations by reconciling trade activity, investigating breaks, booking transactions in the OMS, reviewing margin and position balances, and resolving discrepancies with trading desks, prime brokers, and counterparties. Maintain trade recap archives for audits and support treasury cash movements through Fed Cash platforms. The role requires financial operations experience, repo and structured securities knowledge, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in a high-volume environment.

Directs management company accounting for a global asset manager, overseeing general ledger activity, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, expense allocations, foreign-office consolidation, transfer pricing, and internal controls. Leads and develops the accounting team, standardizes policies and procedures, and advances workflow automation through RPA and AI tools. The role requires extensive financial-services accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, international-office oversight, and proficiency with accounting and expense-management systems.

Build and maintain financial models for maritime vessel financings, acquisitions, leasing structures, and infrastructure investments. Conduct credit analysis, underwriting, valuation, sensitivity modeling, and market research across shipping and offshore sectors. Leads sponsor coverage and private credit origination within the Opportunistic Credit platform. Builds relationships with private equity sponsors, management teams, and intermediaries; generates proprietary deal flow; develops coverage strategies and CRM tracking; partners on underwriting, structuring, and investment execution; and provides market intelligence on portfolio company liquidity, refinancing, and recapitalization opportunities.
