The Senior Wealth Advisor leads a wealth management team, develops comprehensive financial strategies for clients, trains staff, and maintains client relationships.

The role partners with business leaders to embed communication competencies across the organization and strengthen advisor-client trust and engagement.

Serve as the Financial Services Cloud solution architect and lead developer: design data models and integrations, build Apex and LWC solutions, enforce development standards, manage org health and releases, collaborate with MuleSoft/Agentforce teams, and mentor developers to meet compliance, performance, and scalability needs.

Own configuration, governance, and optimization of the enterprise Slack workspace. Manage user provisioning, channels, apps, Workflow Builder automations, Slack Connect, and Slack/Salesforce FSC integrations. Enforce compliance and data retention with Legal/Compliance/IT Security, monitor usage analytics, serve as Slack SME and escalation point, and maintain integration and governance documentation.

Senior HR leader responsible for HR technology strategy, HRIS/HCM and payroll oversight, HR operations, compliance, workforce analytics, acquisitions/divestiture HR support, vendor management, and building scalable HR service delivery and shared services to improve employee experience and business performance.

Leads the Cyber GRC function, including cybersecurity governance, policy and control frameworks, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, vendor risk, security awareness, AI governance, cyber risk quantification, and executive reporting. Partners with security, IT, legal, procurement, and business teams while representing the organization to regulators, auditors, and third-party assessors. Builds scalable programs and leads enterprise cybersecurity initiatives in a highly regulated financial-services environment.

Lead insurance operations team to drive service excellence for financial advisors through reporting, escalations, process improvements, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality operational performance.

Lead and advance the enterprise-wide compliance program, set strategic vision, oversee policies, monitoring, testing, training, exams, and investigations. Serve as CCO for entities, partner with business and legal teams, drive technology-enabled transformation, mentor leaders, and ensure regulatory alignment across the firm.
