The AI Workforce Enablement Lead promotes AI adoption within an organization by developing training materials, facilitating hands-on learning, and supporting communities of practice. The role involves gathering feedback and tracking metrics to enhance programs while ensuring compliant AI use.

Provide day-to-day underwriting support by servicing agents/brokers, gathering and verifying information, processing routine transactions under underwriter direction, maintaining follow-up systems, and participating in process improvement and special projects to ensure timely, compliant service.

Handle moderate-to-high complexity ocean marine bodily injury and property claims from coverage review through liability and quantum analysis. Manage vendors and outside counsel, set reserves, negotiate settlements, present to senior leaders, travel for mediations/trials, and provide mentorship and technical training to colleagues while meeting service-level agreements.
