Reviews commercial real estate and residential loan files, analyzes borrower financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk, and prepares recommendations for loan approvals, renewals, and modifications. Monitors loan performance, delinquencies, and potential defaults while ensuring compliance with credit policies, regulations, and documentation standards. Supports audits and collaborates with loan officers, underwriters, legal teams, and credit administration staff.

Supports day-to-day electronic banking operations, including online banking, e-Statements, ACH processing, remote deposit capture, bill pay, customer communications, and application maintenance. Investigates and resolves transaction exceptions, reviews reports, supports regulatory compliance screening under OFAC requirements, processes unclaimed property reporting, and handles confidential banking information. Requires strong computer, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with preferred knowledge of BSA, AML, KYC, CDD, CIP, OFAC, and banking fraud.

Performs day-to-day electronic banking operations, including online banking, e-Statements, ACH processing, remote deposit capture, bill pay support, customer communications, exception research, and reporting. Maintains electronic banking services, troubleshoots software issues, supports regulatory compliance and OFAC screening, processes unclaimed property reporting, and handles sensitive banking information.
