Provides fractional editorial leadership for Mejuri’s Creative team. Responsibilities include shaping brand voice, campaign and product narratives, messaging hierarchies, naming, and content across campaigns, site, CRM, social, and retail. The role reviews high-visibility work, mentors writers, strengthens editorial tools and guidelines, advises on creative processes, and balances brand storytelling with performance insights.

Develops brand concepts and visual designs across digital, print, social, email, retail, and product experiences. Owns projects from concept through execution, collaborates with copywriters and cross-functional partners, presents work to stakeholders, evolves visual systems and brand guidelines, and applies emerging design and AI tools. The role requires managing multiple deadlines, maintaining design consistency, and delivering effective, on-brand creative campaigns.
