Lead the BI team to build and maintain production reporting, KPIs, and dashboards; perform deep-dive analyses for operations and revenue assurance; implement controls, audits, and SOPs; collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights, business cases, and presentations to leadership.

Manage and ensure accurate, timely tenant utility billing (electric, water, gas, thermal). Review and verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, maintain records, streamline processes, collaborate with internal teams, provide training/support, and own billing cycles to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Long Island City office: vendor and building liaison, onboarding/offboarding, mail/courier, supplies, invoice validation, event planning, and administrative support including travel booking, scheduling, and document preparation.
