Manage post-sale B2B client relationships for a portfolio of property owners and managers. Serve as primary contact, coordinate onboarding, billing, field services, and success plans, monitor client health, lead touchpoints, and identify expansion opportunities.

Serve as the strategic, executive-level point of contact for top US accounts. Lead portfolio health, steerco and executive reviews, develop multi-year success plans, escalate and resolve issues, coach and support other Client Success staff, partner with sales for expansion, and advocate client needs across functions to drive retention and growth.

Manage ongoing client relationships by responding to inquiries, performing first-level issue resolution, preparing summaries and reports, supporting enrollments and billing, providing training, auditing data, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

Lead the BI team to develop production reporting, KPIs, dashboards and revenue assurance. Perform deep-dive analyses, ensure data integrity, partner with stakeholders, present monthly management insights, and implement controls to improve productivity, cost, and gross margin.
