The position involves serving as a primary point of contact for key accounts, developing client relationships, overseeing client portfolios, and driving client success strategies.

The Client Success Manager builds strong relationships with clients, manages post-sale experiences, addresses inquiries, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
