Oversees compensation program design, administration, analysis, and compliance. Leads annual merit, bonus, incentive, benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure, pay equity, and compensation planning processes. Manages Workday compensation data governance, reporting, audits, budgeting, and forecasting. Advises HR and leadership on pay decisions and provides market-based recommendations while leading compensation projects and process improvements.

Provides advanced technical and operational support for electronic discovery and litigation workflows. Processes ESI, manages Relativity databases, prepares productions and privilege logs, performs quality control, supports document review, troubleshoots applications, coordinates vendors, and provides deposition and trial technology support. The role also trains junior analysts and case teams, maintains chain-of-custody records, assists with system upgrades, and supports confidential litigation matters, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel requirements.

Manages end-to-end client-facing events, including seminars, dinners, receptions, conferences, and special programs. Collaborates with attorneys, partners, practice leaders, and business development teams to establish objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Oversees venues, vendors, contracts, catering, audiovisual services, branding, transportation, on-site execution, and financial reporting. Develops creative event concepts, conducts post-event evaluations, maintains event data, and ensures consistent communications and branding across initiatives.
