The candidate will lead commercial loan sale originations, develop relationships with financial institutions, analyze loan valuations, and participate in business development activities.

The VP of Business Development will build relationships with key financial market players, strategize loan sales, and manage proposals and reporting in Salesforce.

Support senior team members in commercial real estate loan sales and trading through valuation, underwriting, and client interactions, with a focus on data analysis and transaction management.

Intern will assist in investment proposals, market research, portfolio analysis, and due diligence, while gaining exposure to commercial mortgage brokerage.
