Supports commercial insurance underwriters with quoting, binding, policy and endorsement issuance, documentation review, broker communications, and compliance with underwriting guidelines. Serves as a mentor, subject matter expert, and quality review coordinator while helping develop SOPs and testing policy administration systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and deadline management in a remote environment, with travel of up to 10%.

Supports core HR functions including HR operations, onboarding, employee experience, HRIS administration, people analytics, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and special projects. Maintains personnel records, assists with benefits and leave administration, coordinates interviews, prepares reports and dashboards, supports engagement initiatives, and contributes to process improvement, AI, and automation projects.

Lead and expand Seafarer Marine's nationwide commercial marine underwriting function. Set underwriting strategy, authority levels, pricing, and risk selection. Oversee portfolio performance, partner with actuarial and claims, build broker and carrier relationships, develop underwriting talent, and drive profitable premium growth and product expansion across commercial, ocean, inland marine, and specialty yacht segments.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, vector databases, and cloud-native architectures. Integrate AI into underwriting and enterprise systems, implement prompt engineering, monitoring, governance, and operational best practices, and support scalable, secure AI services across the business.
