Seeking a Partner- or Counsel-level attorney with an established portable practice to manage and grow client relationships using the firm's administrative, marketing, and operational platform. Remote-first role emphasizing business development, autonomy, high percentage of collected revenue, and cross-practice collaboration within a national and international firm.

Leads sophisticated private-company mergers and acquisitions from structuring through closing. Drafts and negotiates purchase and merger agreements, disclosure schedules, and related documents; advises clients on deal structure, negotiation strategy, and risk allocation; manages due diligence, associates, and transaction teams; and maintains relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and financial advisors. The role also supports growth of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice.
