Develops early-stage institutional sales opportunities into active client relationships. Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, supporting meetings and proposals, building FX and hedging expertise, contributing to market intelligence, coordinating with trading and operations teams, and maintaining accurate CRM pipeline forecasts.

Manage and expand a portfolio of institutional clients (PE, VC, hedge funds, real assets) by driving full sales cycle for FX and hedging solutions. Develop new business through outreach and events, collaborate with trading/structuring and internal teams to deliver bespoke execution, meet revenue targets, and maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM reporting while staying current on market trends.
