Lead and manage the Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest service at a luxury hotel. Oversee briefings, staff selection, training, scheduling, inventory and vendor relationships. Improve guest relations procedures, use MS Office and other software, handle guest recovery, and work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Provide high-touch guest service as the primary contact during stays, manage room preparation and in-room dining, handle concierge and transportation needs, resolve guest issues, maintain guest privacy, coordinate with departments, and cross-train across Rooms Division, PBX, guest transport, and front desk support.

Overnight assistant front office manager leads and develops front desk staff, ensures exceptional guest service and VIP handling, manages scheduling, training, inventory and community/vendor relationships, and implements guest relations procedures.

Sell and manage event and private dining accounts to meet food and beverage revenue goals. Generate and close contracts for weddings and social events, coordinate site visits, manage room blocks and event details in the sales/catering system, liaise with operations and culinary teams, serve as Manager on Duty, and provide production reporting and sales updates.
