Manage day-to-day operations for US-domiciled private equity feeder funds, including fund launches, closings, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, KYC/AML coordination, reconciliations, audits, tax reporting, investor statements, and service-provider relationships. Maintain fund data, trackers, dashboards, and processes; identify automation opportunities; collaborate with Sales, Investor Relations, Legal, and global fund teams; and supervise a fund operations intern.

Convert qualified leads into active investors, build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, generate new opportunities, discuss portfolio performance, prepare investor communications, address complex client questions, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Investments teams to improve the investor experience.

Support operations for US-domiciled private equity feeder funds, including fund launches, closings, capital calls, distributions, subscription reviews, KYC/AML coordination, reconciliations, audits, investor statements, K-1 preparation, and service-provider follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers while documenting processes and improving scalable operational tools.

Lead legal structuring and operation of US private equity feeder funds, primarily Delaware limited partnerships. Draft and negotiate LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents, and complex agreements; conduct fund-manager and service-provider due diligence; advise on product launches, co-investments, and secondary markets; manage external counsel; and oversee SEC, FINRA, Form ADV, Form D, and Blue Sky filings. Partner with Sales, Operations, and global legal teams to support US growth.
