Lead design and delivery of production-scale generative AI systems using AWS Bedrock, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks. Define and prioritize backlog, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, drive phased rollouts, enforce data governance and quality, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, enable downstream integrations (CPQ, OCC, EBS), and lead change management, training, and ongoing support.

The Software Applications Specialist manages workflow delivery, advises customers on software integration, conducts assessments, facilitates training, and ensures software customization aligns with client needs.

The Principal Product Manager will define and drive the strategy for the Computer Vision Platform, managing product requirements and lifecycle while ensuring significant customer impact and adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Serve as technical lead in presales to design end-to-end public safety solutions (CAD/RMS, 911, analytics, evidence management). Own architecture, interface designs, proposals, risk mitigation, acceptance tests, and transition to implementation while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.
