Lead post-quantum cryptography for a Move-based Layer 1: design, implement, and ship PQ and hybrid primitives in Rust, build threshold/aggregate schemes, own randomness and migration strategy, audit and formally specify crypto, and engage standards and academic communities.

Architect and implement latency-critical protocol components (consensus, state sync, mempool) in Rust. Build fault-tolerant distributed systems, optimize throughput and latency, collaborate with research/product, debug live systems, and contribute testing, benchmarking, and release standards.

Lead marketing operations: build and manage the campaign calendar and kanban board, create execution checklists, run end-to-end campaigns, audit performance data, set campaign strategy, and grow team processes to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Own partner-to-marketing handoffs: activate partners in campaigns, support event GTM and launches, coordinate BD and marketing, and build repeatable partner activation processes to drive visibility and results.
