Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, travel, expenses, records, vendors, events, and special projects. The role coordinates priorities across Financial Lines and Cyber businesses, prepares executive and board materials, tracks follow-ups, handles sensitive information, and serves as a professional liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Serves as the senior claims and risk mitigation advisor for Political Risk, Credit and Surety insurance. Evaluates complex claims, coverage, policy wording, financial risks, counterparties and country developments. Maintains watch lists, identifies emerging exposures, supports loss prevention, and advises underwriting, Claims, legal counsel, clients and brokers. Participates in complex domestic and international transactions and helps strengthen client relationships through specialized claims and risk expertise.

Manage Workers’ Compensation product regulatory filings, bureau change implementation, state compliance, and product system updates. Prepare rate, rule, form, and loss cost filings through SERFF; monitor NCCI and state requirements; coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, operations, and IT teams; support product launches, testing, audits, and process improvements across multiple states.

Prepare and submit commercial insurance filings to U.S. state insurance departments. Manage filings in SERFF, FilingRamp, iFile, and state systems; interpret regulations; maintain form libraries and filing records; track approvals, objections, and effective dates; draft regulator responses; and coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, and product teams. Help develop standardized filing processes and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Lead a team delivering actuarial statistical reporting, regulatory submissions, and analytics. Ensure compliance with bureau requirements, drive automated reporting and UAT for policy/claims systems (Guidewire, Solartis), partner with actuarial, technology, and vendors, and manage stakeholder/regulator interactions while mentoring staff and improving data governance and reporting processes.

The Actuarial Analyst will perform data analysis and modeling to support pricing, reserving, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, collaborating closely with multiple teams to deliver accurate insights and reports.

Lead analytics and data science initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes across various functions, including Underwriting and Claims. Oversee the full analytics lifecycle, foster stakeholder engagement, and mentor junior team members.

Lead pricing and portfolio underwriting for delegated authority programs and specialty commercial lines. Build pricing models, perform due diligence on MGAs/MGUs, monitor portfolio performance, drive data and automation initiatives, and partner with underwriting, finance, and leadership to inform pricing and strategic decisions.
