Oversee the credit union’s accounting operations, month-end close, financial and regulatory reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, internal controls, audits, and compliance. Manage ACL and lease accounting processes, maintain accounting policies, supervise accounting and ATM balancing teams, analyze financial performance, support regulatory examinations, and present reports to senior leadership. Lead staff development, process improvements, and cross-functional accounting initiatives while ensuring accurate, timely deliverables.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership and committees by managing calendars, meetings, travel reservations, documents, minutes, correspondence, expenses, invoices, supplies, shared inboxes, and audit materials. The role coordinates internal and external participants, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory exams and internal audits, prepares meeting materials, and serves as an in-house notary.

Supports technology initiatives by gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements; analyzing current and future-state processes; facilitating stakeholder discovery; and assisting with project scope, testing, change readiness, governance, and quality assurance. The role bridges business units, IT teams, vendors, and project managers while ensuring alignment with PMO standards, security protocols, and SDLC processes.

Supports the mortgage sales team by handling member inquiries, prequalifying applicants, taking applications, scheduling appointments, collecting and uploading documentation, tracking referrals and sales activity, and managing loan pipelines. Coordinates with mortgage loan officers, processors, and members to ensure accurate and timely application processing. Maintains compliance with lending policies and applicable regulations while identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services.

Designs, builds, and maintains enterprise data pipelines, models, integrations, and analytical data stores. Performs ELT, data cleansing, validation, quality monitoring, performance tuning, and database development using SQL Server and related technologies. Collaborates with analysts, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, supports CI/CD testing, resolves data and database issues, and leads software delivery within an Agile environment. Participates in on-call support and maintains regulatory compliance.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, regulatory reporting, investment accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role supports audits, internal controls, compliance, allowance for credit losses, fixed asset accounting, and process improvements. It also collaborates with business partners on accounting matters, prepares ad hoc reports, and ensures accurate, timely financial deliverables.

Designs, develops, deploys, and optimizes scalable software, APIs, microservices, databases, and web applications in on-premise and cloud environments. Leads architecture, application integration, CI/CD, deployment, security, performance tuning, documentation, agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end software lifecycles. Requires expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, IIS, CI/CD, and Symitar technologies, with participation in on-call support and regulatory compliance activities.

Supports FP&A through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis. Builds complex Excel models, evaluates business cases, monitors financial performance, conducts margin and rate-volume analysis, prepares management, board, and ALCO reports, and supports regulatory examinations. Collaborates with Accounting and business-line partners to provide decision-support insights, ensure accurate reporting, apply internal controls, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
