Own revenue for an Upstate NY territory: retain accounts, acquire new business, manage key-chain relationships, and drive multi-brand penetration. Spend four days/week in the field with 25+ in-person visits weekly, maintain CRM hygiene, submit forecasts, build territory plans, and support product launches and ride-alongs with brand teams.

Lead and optimize daily warehouse and distribution operations for the New York hub. Manage staffing, SOP adherence, inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, KPIs/OKRs, and regulatory compliance for cannabis distribution. Drive continuous improvement using data and cross-functional collaboration.
