Build and maintain the control planes, automation, and observability for a global fleet of machines. Develop production-quality Go services for provisioning, health checks, upgrades, and incident remediation. Architect high-throughput, low-latency networking, improve utilization and power-to-performance, and collaborate with product and platform teams on storage-aware scheduling and developer-facing features.

Manage customer relationships across onboarding, contracts, renewals, and account growth. Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing value. Communicate clearly, solve problems, work with systems and numbers, and take ownership to help customers succeed with Namespace's developer infrastructure platform.

Manage inbound opportunities and a portfolio of technical customer accounts from first contact through onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with engineering teams, lead commercial conversations (pricing, contracts, renewals), coordinate with internal product and engineering, and surface customer feedback to improve product and experience.

Build and ship end-to-end, user-facing features and integrations for a developer infrastructure platform. Collaborate with users and partners to understand workflows, iterate on product design and implementation, and drive adoption, performance, and reliability.

Lead and establish Namespace's US engineering presence: hire and manage a small high-performing team, drive technical direction, ship end-to-end developer-facing features and integrations, collaborate with product/design/users, and shape long-term engineering foundations for scalable, high-performance developer infrastructure.

Work directly with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and build systems; deliver tactical fixes and product improvements; drive adoption and translate recurring customer patterns into platform enhancements.

Create high-quality technical content (docs, guides, videos), grow Namespace's presence across open source, X, and YouTube, and iterate on developer documentation and examples to improve developer experience and adoption.
