As the founding mobile engineer on Growth, build and ship end-to-end features across iOS and Android (paywalls, onboarding, subscriptions, in-app messaging, referrals). Implement client-side measurement (feature flags, experiment assignment, instrumentation), review code, collaborate with backend/product/design/QA, and work with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose for iOS where applicable.

Serve as the global head of People, partnering with executive leadership to build and scale HR programs. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations and compliance, performance management, and culture initiatives across multiple geographies.

Support influencer, PR, and brand operations: research and outreach to creators, assist contracting and campaign tracking, manage sampling and mailers, maintain media lists, support events and briefs, and provide general brand-team support.

Own accounting operations and financial reporting for a hardware-plus-subscription business: lead close processes, enforce revenue recognition and inventory/COGS policies, manage accounting team and external audits, oversee AP/AR/payroll and cash controls, drive internal controls and tax compliance, and lead accounting systems/ERP integration efforts to scale processes.

Create platform-native short-form video, photos, captions, and simple graphics from ideation through filming, editing, and posting. Monitor and mine comments/DMs for content ideas, manage the content calendar and asset library, identify trends and translate campaigns into social-first assets, and use performance data to refine creative choices.
