Lead hardware product roadmap for XLynk and Manufacturing Partner lines, manage third-party hardware integrations, define global hardware requirements, ensure compliance and certifications across territories, and validate integration testing before customer deployment. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and compliance teams and operate onsite in Schenectady, NY.

Design, build, and maintain internal tooling and platforms for the support organization (diagnostics, dashboards, automation). Act as subject-matter expert on support practices, partner with support and engineering to close tooling gaps, own reliability and usability, and iterate based on real usage and feedback.

Lead end-to-end engineering for a global hardware product line: design and write embedded firmware, ensure reliability and manufacturability, validate designs with contract manufacturers, diagnose field issues, and hire/mentor a high-performing hardware team. Onsite role in Schenectady, NY, with direct executive visibility and responsibility for production readiness and field performance.
